Concerned!! About my tax refund!!
Low income family is directly related to higher crimes. I hope we don't end up like Hawaii. Few people visited Hawaii. We see the state at its luxury travel advertisement, but I seen it all ,all of it and its bad. What Guam is going through Hawaii has it for long time decades. Over crowding Low income family sleeping in parks. Cleanup crew early morning collection trash and forcing homeless people to move. Wake up Guam Living on Guam is not getting cheaper you will end up like Hawaii. Keep the people working. Save and fight for your survival.
