You will find in several cases this plan sounded good only to the sports minded parents and the MHSA. It worked better in ranching areas than those schools that had both parent going outside the homes to work during the day. The plan really didn't do that much because, sports events have started being scheduled during the week due to equity of sports. one boys sport offered has to have a sport for the girls offered. Most of the small schools were co-oping for this reason. Sports drive the decision making process. Reed Point is a good example.
