Screening is important. SCREENING IS FOR EVERY PERSON ENTERING GUAM.
We need to screen all people that includes every person coming in no matter the color nor appearance. We don't know the walks of life in for each and every person.
Living People on Guam need to be screened for prior back grounds for criminal, credit and social standings.
WE DON'T ALLOW PEOPLE TO LIVE DEPEND ON THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT.
WE DON'T WANT CRIMINALS AND PEOPLE LIVING ON OTHERS.

WE HAVE STANDARDS. IF YOU DON'T FOLLOW THE GUIDELINES AND THE LAW THE LAW WILL FIND YOU AND SEND YOU BACK.

No more chuukese gangs at our schools. No rocks thrown at you when you jog or drive by Hemlani's ghetto appartments. No suicidal idiot walking/laying on the roads. No more over fishing. Less crime. Adios!

Ai " I TANO MAN CHAMORRO"

Our island is broken, everything and anything, new this, new that, new fire vehicles, new surveillance system’s for the schools, new farmer market, the list goes on and on but what is the main problem? Let me tell you, it’s called, “MAINTANCE”, no such thing on the island. Even this poll is broken, never have I seen a lawmaker reply to the peoples post, So much needs to be done to bring back the, Good Old Guam. What we need is Donald Trump to run for Governor so he can clean up our island. I and many people (I think) would like to know, if some senator has the BALLS to take a survey on the follow.

1)What is the general population at inmates at DOC, ( Chamorro’s, Whites, Black’s, Filipino’s and I’ll bet any money that majority are “REGIONAL MIGRANTS”) so someone take a survey please.
2)The same survey for “SECTION 8”
3)The same survey for “Food Stamp”
4)The same survey for “ Free Medicare”
    5) And the most important one is, “ Survey of Crimes committed” by population.

That’s should be it for now, I don’t think we will ever see this survey, Oh, by the way, on another topic, did that law pass for residency requirement to run for office? If so, good-by “ Chamorro Governor and Senators”, we will for sure have a “Filipino Governor” and a “Micronesian Senators” !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Last Note: Did the Torre murder case get dropped? Did the surveillance camera get installed at GPD processing room and what the hell happen to that investigation??????????????????

    Is broken nai....

It is sad that we are in a time where enemies are everywhere, and safety cannot be taken for granted. The FSM islands have been prone to devious investors, both private and government over the years. It has also been proven that the government leaders can be bought off for very little. This is why I agree with more screening on FSM migrants travelling into the US. Not just for health purposes, but also more vetting them on their background.

Recently two FSM citizens were proven to be able to make new passports and alias names in the FSM. How do we not know that the Chinese or Syrians or any other radical group cant do the same and use the FSM as a route into the US. Yes, the compact allows for freely moving into the US, but this should come with a stronger vetting process. Times have changed and immigration must as well.

They should require up to date medical health certificate, provide papers from family or friends who will sponsor them financially, provide housing for 24 months. After the 24 months this person should be already establish in the job market or enrolled in a school or industrial academy so they can be on track to being self-sufficient. FSM migrants seem to be the smart cookie here, they come and get free medical, food stamps, have babies that are U.S. citizen and collect housing subsidies, why would anyone want to work and then be over the income allowance. An example in the 49 U.S. states, if a foreign student wants to study in CA, they must show current financial papers from there parents or sponsors that they can afford to study abroad and not be a burden to the U.S.
apply and be accepted into the educational institution which requires proof of financial support to meet the
    cost of tuition and housing.

Concerns about the public infrastructure and crime were well-stated in the over 10,000 pages of EIS comments on the military build-up. Guam should conduct its own EIS for all migrants, whether permanent, semi-permanent or temporary including tourists. But as it is, this government/governor does not have a pro-active plan for our citizens.

Limit the number of migrants to what the infrastructure can sustain, there was so much opposition to the number of military personnel to be transferred here and pleas for money to upgrade it yet nothing about the migrant numbers that have greatly increased since the 80's. Do we even know the number of migrants from the FSM are on Guam? All these groups that were screaming about "our women are going to be raped don't let the Marines come here" are very quiet about this issue!
