Yes ,it is so sad that people think that welfare is only for them, People who really do need it, are turned away ,,If people need to over populate the world ,they need a good job, and a father to take care of the kids .There are jobs if they really want to work,, Give them help for six months then cut off the welfare,, then they need to get off their duff and get a job.

Some people think it's their job to populate the world. Feeding their own selfishness and having no regard to the children’s welfare. I once had a lady tell me she will have as many as she can as long as she can afford them, I told her, she couldn’t afford the first one let alone the five she has, she has been on welfare since the first one was born.
