This is an example of how difficult it is for workers to win. The first step is to introduce limited use of tablets and extol them as a customer convenience. It's an initital big investment but as use expands over time business will see big savings. They will be able to do business with fewer works and this will 1) avoid paying out health insurance to even part-time workers; 2) avoid mandated increases in minimum wage
