Nope, this is a pretty serious thing and just saying people support it and what not isn't enough.

ITS NOT NEW TO GUAM OTHER FORMS OF HUMAN TRAFFICKING. NOW IS GAMBLING AND MARRIAGE FRAUD RELATED. WE HAVE HEARD OF GREEN CARD BUYERS GETTING HARASSED BY US CITIZEN FOR MORE MONIES OR EVEN SEXUAL FAVORS. THE GAMBLING GET WORST THEY GAMBLE TO GET 30K TO BUY GREEN CARDS. IT A MATTER OF TIME THE GREEN CARDS ADD UP TO US VOTER ON GUAM. WE MIGHT HAVE NEW RESIDENTS WITH DIFFERENT CULTURE RUNNING THIS ISLAND. I HAVE NOT SEEN FEDERAL INTERVENTION FOR FEDERAL BUREAUS OF INVESTIGATION ON THIS MATTER.
