All cigarettes, including e-cigs should be banned in bars and everywhere as far as I am concerned. They are a major cause of non communicable diseases so let’s discontinue this discussion and stop all smoking out there.

After working at a bar that allowed smoking inside for a few months I had to quit. The smoke was causing me to have asthma, chronic sinus infections, and migraines. I would wake up the next day and not be able to breathe. I ended up quitting and losing out on good money because of the smoking. I know I'm not the only one. It's unhealthy for everyone but especially those who don't smoke. You shouldn't be allowed to basically kill everyone because you want to smoke. Please ban it!!!! The entire United States has banned indoor smoking, you can't even smoke on the sidewalks or beach in Hawaii. Let's join them!

What more proof you guys need? The people in Guam and in the Pacific region are dying of Cancer. Smoking is the number one risk factor. Save this island, Save it's people!

you know we shouldnt stop people from smoking cigarettes cause most people are already addicted to it and what happens if you stop them? they will find another way of having that urge to smoke.... take that away and they will use other drugs like ice and ect... sorry for spelling :) love from the santos family on saipan.....

Political posturing from senator Rodriguez. Trying to move the distraction from the raise and retro salary he unethically took. Is he identifying funding for revenue and taxation to hire more people yo enforce this law? Of course not, cause there is no money left after his colleagues and Adelup boosted government spending by giving themselves such hefty raises.

lol at the e-cig guys trying to think its different

    protip: it isnt.

Enjoy getting cheap or "premium" juices that have small amounts of Diethylene Glycol.

Also, you guys are just as much addicted to vaping as you were with smoking, which doesnt have any positive effect since you just changed your addiction from smoking to vaping. Good job.

Really? Do we even need to ask? ANY time of smoking should be banned. Even e-cigarettes! They all give of secondary smoke that others should not be forced to inhale.

    Except for e-cigs.
