Ever notice your monthly GPA bill fluctuates? Why? That's because for one month GPA bills you for 27 days of service, while the following month, GPA bills you for 33 days. This means that you end up paying a higher consumption rate above 500kwh. Innovative scheme to get more out of us ratepayers. Scamming us blind. My complaints went nowhere. It's their standard billing practice...they say. Who am I to challenge a huge GovGu agency. The AG's got too much on her plate, the entire GovGu finances in disarray, they're already screwing their own GovGu employees at GMH by not paying the retirement fund, past due overtime, and on and on. I, along with thousands on non-GovGu employed residents, have no where to turn to for help or get my voice heard. Perhaps the OPA can look into this scheme and see its legality?

Despite the powers outages a few months ago, GPA is fast at restoring power. I'm very satisfied with their service.
