In Putnam County, the checks are FINALLY beginning to arrive! Still ahead of last year when most of us didn't receive our checks until late February of early March!

Didn't get one last year and so far none this year. Hyde park district, town of Poughkeepsie.

I haven't yet. I know a few who have. I find it funny that the state is basically saying, "The check's in the mail." Yeah, right.
