THATS A BIG "YES" this is how i propose and how to save the Government and its General Funds,,,,,This Island is only at the longest point, correct me if i am wrong, 32 miles long by 8 miles wide, now why in the world do we need at one time 21 Senators, but now 15, and in every villages a Mayor and Vise mayor? REALLY!!!, all we need is 1each Senator and a Mayor with their assistance and workers each sectors will determine how many workers needed, for the NORTHERN , 1each for the SOUTHERN, 1each for the EASTERN, 1 each for the WESTERN, and 1 each for the CENTAL GUAHAN. There, how much that will save the Government of Guam? well, i bet a lot.
