Too many low paying jobs and unhealthy food choices.
We need Trader Joe's or Whole Foods.
Where are the CIA grads going? Should be incentives to lure them into opening locally.

It's too bad Dutchess can't get beyond chain restaurants. So many CIA grads have tried to open restaurants in the area - but then they're out of business within the blink of an eye
