Allowing Terrorists and criminals to hide their illegal and dangerous activities under the guise of FREEDOM is ridiculous. The 14 citizens killed by these idiots were deprived of their freedom and their lives, yet the likes of APPLE and people who think it is more important to protect terrorists than allow our justice system to protect it's citizens are undermining the safety and security of America.

I want to say Yes but I voted No! It's a slippery slope in my opinion and a precedent I don't believe we want to cross! After all we are a Nation of freedom with some inalienable rights still the last time I checked! On the other hand if the Supreme Court sided with the government that safety and security would/could be protected and only used under a single incident identified in a lower court each time the government could establish the need with demonstrated facts then I would change my vote. Wait don't have to worry about that anytime soon since I'm sure it'll be a slit vote for the next 18 months if the republicans have their way!????

I am totally amazed that the FBI is unable to hack into that cell phone. Call "Huck" from scandal. He can take care of it.
