Joe Rag, I agree with your assessment of the candidates. Please know I am not an incumbent, don't need the $85K salary and my first bills are to make the Legislature truly part time, 2 - 7 day sessions a year, paid only a stipend and per diem for lunch, and a Constitutional convention, getting rid of the Organic Act and putting the island truly into the hands of you and our island and not in the hands of certain families. Though married to a Chamorita, got nothing in common with any candidate or incumbent.

I share the same sentiments as those who are frustrated with the same old double-talk politicians. I would rather vote for someone with zero political experience, but truly wants to downsize and streamline GovGu. This is my winning platform for those wanting to serve the taxpayers of Guam. By the way, nice job on Rev n Tax for charging late fees for unpaid property taxes after February 20 deadline. No notice, to reminders, just added the fee without regard. Just like the High-ranking GovGu officials, just increased their pay without public hearing.
I AM A VOTER OF GUAM BUT WHEN I HAVE TO MOVE BECAUSE OF MY JOB I WAS LIKE SWEEP UNDER A RUG NOT A NEWS ON GUAM ELECTION HAS COME TO MY DOOR STEP OR MAIL ABOUT WHO IS WHO IN MY ISLAND OF GUAM AND I AM PLANNING ON MOVING BACK HOME BUT ANOTHER THING IS GOING ON WITH ME THE LAND FOR THE LANDLESS THAT IS MAKEING ME THINK I SHOULD JUST DROP MY VOTER RIGHT ON GUAM.
Can we get a refund? They can't pay their bills, they can't fix a damn thing, but they can steal money from the people without having a hearing on the matter. I have no idea what my tax dollars are being used for except to line their pockets! There is not a person on this list worth voting for! Is there another list? Chad Desoto would make a better candidate then any of these people!

None of them are good enough to run Ada, Mary Torres everyone on the list is currently supporting the recent Blood Laws that allowed everyone to get a raise without first asking or setting the standard for what is expected, before you can even begin to think you deserve a raise!
I don't know who is worse on this list Ada is a life time politician and has been sucking us dry for 20 years.
Will Castro is currently in charge of figuring out how to the fix the GMH problem. Has he figured it out yet? Nope. Castro also got his education from Harvard by using tax payer resources to pay for his costs. He is currently making $100,000 a year for Guam Government. Has he paid his debt back? I haven't herd anything, so I have to say no he has not paid his debts. He used to be Senator. He has been part of the problem. He should even be running he's part of the problem. Marry Torres she got raise for no reason, she needs to step down too! All of these people do not deserve to spend one more day if office doing a job that they cannot do!
If there is a piece of trash on the ground, do you have to wait for someone like your boss to tell you to pick it up and throw it away, before you do anything? Everyone of these people that is on this list are part of the status quo that says I won't do anything until it becomes a big problem. We need people that are better at doing their Basic jobs! Does the Hay Study state what these employees are required to do to receive they salary they claim they deserve? No it only states how much they are to be paid! SO now I have no idea what I am supposed to be paying for and with these people in any position to get a penny of my money they all should be getting more like $20,000 year doing the same job they are doing now. The Mayor of Gilroy California gets $40,000 a year. Guam is roughly the same size. He has a hospital, police officers, a land fill, and local government to run. He and his government balance their budget and get far less than any person on this list. This government is in California so why aren't they getting the same salaries as the Hay study says they should be getting? Because they have pride in doing their jobs right and they know the value of a dollar and each person they represent, they have a brain, they are not monkeys.
DON'T BOTHER RUNNING FOR OFFICE YOU WILL LOSE! ALL OF YOU STOLE FROM US! WE WANT TO TAKE BACK GUAM FROM LIFETIME CROOKS LIKE ALL OF YOU!
