Yes I'm in favor and I can't fathom how the first judge concluded the government had even come close to satisfying the parameters within the Bill of Rights. Constitution is under attack today from so many angles and why? Some people In charge are doing so well at screaming the boogie man is coming that they've even convinced themselves of it! We the people need to stand behind Apple on this issue! The government already had technology to listen to everything already and just because they missed the boat again now as they did in 1991 is not merited enough to put it on Apple!
