Make the time to educate your kids about this type of thing. Their actions always, always have consequences.

Nobody wants their children to be participating in this type of behavior. Pressing felony charges is definitely over kill. I agree with the concept of making anyone under 18 who've been charged with indecent exposure to attend a course designed to reflect the long term effects of this type of behavior but I fully agree if the receiver of one of these images passes it on to even one other person that a felony charge of distribution of pornography be applied. Young people today are growing up faster than when I was a teenager and hanging a felony on them for life isn't the answer. But if it occurs between two minors in what legally isn't of consent age and don't share with anyone else a felony isn't fair either. Let's stick to the original intent of getting the predators whom prey on youth for their gratification and gains whether financial or not!

What are the chances those pics will later be sold to adults thus promoting that sick underworld?
