Definitely going down as the most corrupted and poorly managed administration in history. Transparency is a foreign word, just look at how the raise issue was handled from the onset, with Ray Tenorio sneaking in a bill for raises. 2018 couldn't get here any sooner so we can boot both Eddie and his worthless sidekick Ray, out of the governors office.
