If they didn't spend all there money on erosion control . they could fix a lot more roads..I've heard that is almost half of the cost of a job snow plowing when there is a skiff of snow they don't need to that either

Montanan's MUST keep up their infrastructure. We haven't kept up and it just become many times more expensive to do so if we stall and wait.
