Investing more in old close to worn out coal plants is a bad idea. Invest the money they make off their rate payers in solar & wind power.

I voted No because I don't see the utility setting up a "cleanup" fund for an industry dinasaour!

You should be asking the stock holders. It is, after all, THEIR money, not bullocks and not the taxpayers. Of course, the socialist government will probably buy out the debt "To protect jobs."
