To much Gover-nor-ment involvement for FesPac, all this for 2 weeks. Good job for those who are working hard for FesPac.
They need volunteers to help with the set up. Oh but wait everyone else is going to split $15 to $20 million. Why can't Guam Government plan? They had 4 years? This is what we are getting for that extra 35% raise that was stolen!
Someone told me it's okay for DOE to be involved in FesPac because it's only for two weeks. But what that person didn't realize is that the preparations has been going on for many months. And as bad a shape as DOE is in, DOE should have been focusing all it's attention in providing for our children's education instead of FesPac. But guess it's too late for that.
