Thousands of jobs are being outsourced to India. There may be a programming skill shortage in the US, but how about call center and customer service jobs. GET THOSE JOBS BACK. There are plenty of people here that can perform those jobs much better than Indians can.
All we get is rudeness, poor English, background noise, and poor customer service when we speak to representatives in the Indian call centers.
GET THOSE JOBS BACK. ENOUGH of sending our jobs outside.
Also, people in India are not working for free. Call center employees make more than the average person in India. So, how much money are these companies saving. I am sure they are saving some money by not hiring someone here in the US, but are the goods cheaper. So, these companies are just making more and more money, increasing their profits and savings on expenses. This should not be allowed.
I am hoping Trump can stop this.
