@Beverly
There is a distinct difference between blood sugar being reported in a standard panel test versus being specifically tested for diabetes. Unusually high sugar levels on a standard test would likely lead to a specific test for diabetes. However, doctors will often tell patients "Go get a blood test" but will not clarify which type(s) of test they are selecting on the prescription. Since I cannot interpret the codes on the prescription, I don't know whether my doctor has requested a diabetes test during my physicals.
Yelling (using all caps) and insulting people is very immature.
