I Did Time In The Pen In 1972, And Back Then Some Inmates Are With The Guards And They Have A Long Sentence Such As Murder,Rape,Robbery, And They Are Snitches AndIf You Work With Them They Will Help The Inmate Out, I Know Of A Person That Retire From D.P.W. And He Pleaded Guilty To Murder Of 3 Count And Was Sentence For Some Years And Was Put In A Half Way House. And The Poll Is Asking And What About The Family Of The Dead.

Slavery is not part of their sentence.

It depends on the crime they committed and the type of work they will be employed to do . I surely hope they don't employ a convicted sexual predator as a school aid at a elementary school or a well known thief in charge of Gov Guam's purse . Oh wait we already do employ thieves in Gov Guam . Lol ! His gang is called the Calvo's administration and his band of miscreants like Barnes , Respicio and Rodriguez . Vote those crooked senators out ! Thanks Gov Guam !

...not those with violent crimes, crimes against children, or domestic problems. Common sense needs to prevail above giving second chances.

Yes, it should. Its expenditures on the education of felons would not be in vain.

They shouldn't be judge because they're a convicted felons. They deserve a second chance in life.

    Everyone deserves a second chance..
