I love those metal erector sets of a hut ! Looks so bad its a reflection of Gov Guam . The permanent concrete huts is even better cant wait for festpac to end and those huts become the new homeless shelter community. Lol..

First: Government Plan
Second: Spend By The Million
Third: Guam Looking Good
All this for 2 weeks.... WoW
Thank You Government
I am concerned about the ZIKA virus and all other transmitted diseases from around the Pacific rim. Guam is shortfall funds for the Festival of Pacific Arts event. The Senators to include our Congress Woman in Washington knows that Isla Guam is hurting Financially. Tax Refunds are not being paid on time, trash site in limbo and the Cabras Island Power Plant, build way back in the 50's, are not up-to-date and in serious need of repairs. We borrow bonds and put Isla Guam deeper in Financial crisis. I hope, while still living, I read in the Pacific Daily News and the Union Tribune (California) that Isla Guam, not in the same scenario with Puerto Rico (Asking Billions), bankrupt and asking to be bail out from the Government (US Congress). Hafa Adai yan si yu'os ma'ase para todu hamyu gi ya Isla Guam.

What a mess, the cash crunch situation has gotten worse. Tax refund will again be tapped for GovGuam's procrastination and lack of planning to inept execution (illegal procurement). But the worst has yet to come. Are we ready for the influx of visitors and highly probable transmission of Zika virus? With GovGuam's record, I'm afraid NOT.

Are you serious? Look around...internal issues from Governor's Office (btw was said to be a $800K distraction of our tax dollars going to illegal "bonuses"), WIC employee selling drugs from a GOVGUAM AGENCY? WOW!...Then the TAX and oh yeah, "Hold the DOA Director Position Hostage" until tax refunds are paid....What is the Governor and Senators thinking of? Look at our backyard. No one see's the mess at the Gill Breeze and other areas like that?
What do we have to show to our FestPac visitors? That we've neglected our most needy and focused on looking good? Just to keep up with the Jones'? Get real Guam!... We are a mess and we can't even find our way out of a brown paper bag over our heads. Wow!...ARE WE READY?...NOT!
