Yes we do. But it is the fault of the gamblers, not the legal business providing the service people want and the tax money that Helena drools over. Place the blame where it belongs. Nobody is holding a gun to anyone's head.

Just count the number of casinos in Great Falls. I have seen people lose their pay checks in a few hours.
