Hey Joerag, that is a great idea, because who will ever rat you out? If you are giving it all away stuff that has been growing on the island at 38% THC and 20% PCB's which currently is top of the class on Guam for $5.00 the competition will all be gone. No one can even enforce the current laws as they are now. Giving it all away and writing it all off on your taxes show that you spent $35,000 for the license to grow and buying a license to sell, that will cut taxes by a ton! Even you did sell all your product for $5.00 bucks and offered to pay the difference at a loss you could write all of those losses and still make them broke at the end of the year!
Imagine all those free votes for doing the right thing and then when Guam Government boasts to everyone how much they made they will have to wait to see the tax results at the end of the next year and realize instead of making $90 million Guam Government will of lost $180 million on Senator Barnes's and Rodriguez's great idea!
That is really really Smart! I think I will join you in your idea!

I am totally not planning to benefit financially from this project that Guam Government is planing on making more money than California does in one year. I am planning to pay the ridiculous price for the license to grow and sell and then then in stead of selling it at $500 an once I plan to sell it for $5.00 an once. Then write off all my loses on my taxes. Then with my other business that makes hundreds of thousands of dollars every year on Guam I will not have to pay any taxes at all. This way I rob all those Senators of the money to pay for their ridiculous salaries and then when I run for Governor or Senator first time around I will get the highest amount of votes in Guam history, because I did it for the people (For REAL and NOT the SENATOR BARNES RODRIGUEZ RESPICIO ADA OR WON POT , MCGREEDY , WIL CASTRO METHOD )without hitting a home run on every deal I make.
This way we can show people what it is like when people are real people to others!
My ultimate goal is to sell it to those who really need it which will be almost everyone anyway with a promise to get pictures of all the Guam Government employees buying it illegally for less than what Governor Calvo sells a bottle of cooking oil for $8.50 at all of his Pay-less grocery stores.

It will also run everyone else out business!

Since the senator's only run office for 2 years, and make those big bucks. They (15 senator's) can donate $500 each, for those patients who can't afford it. If that is a problem, throw the bill away. Chamorro PTSD ... Pay The Stupid Drug, Wake Up

It would help but not at $500 an ounce Tina Barnes wants to charge . Law should be amended to let those with serious illnesses to grow their own medicinal marijuana at home or recieve it for free to help lower the cost of medical care that's showing compassion . Charging $500 an ounce to a cancer patient who also has to pay for medical treatment is not compassionate at all . Tina Muna Barnes , Rory Respicio and Dennis Rodriguez are the 3 corrupt amigos and need to be voted out. I will grow my own at home and give it away to those who needs it . Thanks Gov Guam . Lol !

Since we are all very familiar with the self-serving politicians, businessmen, conmen, and crooks who run our island we all must vote yes as financially they will benefit massively off the sideways policies and procedures which they have put in place to monopolize and corner the medical marijuana industry. Because that is exactly how they perceive it... as an industry. Guess who will own the first grow ops? The first dispensaries? Guess who the underwriters will be? The same guy who's monopolizing the island right now, you already know.
