Do you believe Joseph Campbell's 20-year suspended sentence for negligent homicide in the 2013 shooting death of a neighbor over land access is sufficient?

You needed a third answer. Was it to severe. After all, he was on HIS property, and the other guy was the aggressor. Who knows who actually pulled the fire arm first. Even the experts disagreed on how the man was shot. Therefore, he should have, at most, received the same suspended sentence that anyone else (First time offender) would have received for this charge. He should have also been allowed to keep his land. I dont even know what part of the law the court has the right to force the sale is under.

Unfortunately this type of insanity is becoming more common and still unacceptable
