According the the American Lung Associations website while e-cigarettes do not produce smoke, they do expose others to secondhand emissions. Little is known about these emissions or the potential harm they may cause. Two initial studies have found formaldehyde, benzene and tobacco-specific nitrosamines (all carcinogens) coming from those secondhand emissions. Other studies have shown that chemicals exhaled by users also contain formaldehyde, acetaldehyde and other potential toxins. There is no evidence that shows e-cigarettes emissions (secondhand aerosol) are safe for non-users to inhale. E Cigarettes should be included in the indoor clean air act.

No one knows for sure what is in the e-cigarette vapors. They should be treated the same as cigarettes in the Clean Indoor Air Act.

I feel big tobacco companies are exploiting the lack of long term data regarding this new nicotine delivery device (you know they own the vape companies right?) I feel we would be doing a disservice to the non smoking public to allow second hand vape exposure to ourselves and our families. If vape users want to poison themselves, please don't take me with them.

I have been exposed to the e-cigarette vapors in closed in places on a couple of occasions and found, though not as intense, the same difficulty to take a breath without choking up a bit. I do not believe anyone should be exposed to any type of vapor or smoke, medical marijuana or not, that they have not willingly chosen to breath in! Shocks me that anyone should think it's okay to expose another human being to any type of vapor or smoke without their consent.

Golly gee, with medical marijuanna coming soon, guess they have to outlaw that one too in public
or smoke it outside too to treat a medical condition also!
Laws current unless changed will allow it too,not tobacco product, ask the waitress for an ash tray,is not tobbacco, does not apply in public places as does Tobbacco.
Ask Oregon,Colorado, smoke the dobbie in a public place,Tabocco outside, world has gone crazy folks!Smoke free zones do NOT apply to medical marijuanna, its not tobbaco, and now worried about vapor e-cigarrettes too!Ya gotta be kidding us !

I do not believe it will be suitable for people to breath these vapors in the even they do not wish to, so I am saying yes please be banning this.
