It's a shame when GovGuam agencies like MASS Transit employees continue to draw their paycheck, but unable to deliver the service they're funded for. Bloated Gov't, inefficiencies and corruption plague the entire GovGuam. It's time to downsize the Government that can't even provide its mission. Downsizing will be a tough sell for all branches of GovGuam as they need a bloated government to contribute to outrageous retirement plans, plus to buy votes to re-elect the very same do-nothing leaders.

My wife is disabled and not able to get a disability bus to pick her up at our residence. We were informed that the disability bus is not able to come through our street. That the bus is too big and street to narrow. However, the trash truck, tractor-trailers and dump trucks are able to get through. They want my wife to walk to the Mayor's office which is approximately a half mile away. If she could walk that far, she wouldn't need the disability bus service now would she?
