Too many regional migrants congregating in the abandoned houses in my neighborhood, even set up their own basketball backboard and hoop. Constant foot traffic at all hours as this one empty house has become "the spot" for drinking, partying, or just a place to crash if they don't wanna go home. Too many discarded beer cans. Typhoon comes and all that junk ends up in my and my neighbors' yards.
Last I checked, it was illegal to be in a property that isn't yours but the cops just drive right by. Sure, they cut the grass there once in a while but they do nothing to improve the property they are illegally occupying.

Asan is quiet, peaceful, and relatively safe place.... Mayor Margaret, please conduct a night time assessment of street lights that are out and have them repaired...especially on Santa Ana St. :) Thank you!

Burglaries and speeder flying down on our street. Whatever happened to the neighborhood patrol? I agree with Hoffman and Y.Man

Guam has too many laws but it lacks "Enforcement " !
There was a time when GPDs can be seen daily on the roads but nowadays....you could virtually get away breaking the law...

Main Street into Sinajana is a drag strip.. Called GPD and they never do anything! Speed limit is 15 MPH but cars continue going through at 35-40 MPH.... Where is Sinajana Mayor???? GPD needs to set up a speed trap within the village instead of down Marine Corps Drive.. The money collected from citations could go to GMH....
