Keep letting sandcastle /Baldyga and Dusit Thani get away with directing polluted flood waters into Tumon bay and let our tourists swim in it .Lol.. tourism will drop and our beach will stink .. Thanks Gov Guam ..Lol..

The only alternative solution accepted by the people of Guam to the flooding problem in Tumon is to use "Pumps".

GovGuam moans and groans about the amount that it is it costly other excuses...
What other solutions are there other than to direct the flood waters out to Tumon Bay?

Those incompetent planners who say it's better to direct the flood water out to the Tumon bay needs their butts kicked... Seriously !

When Tumon was being developed they made a huge mistake by hiring Quick Engineers....

GovGuam raids the TAF instead of using it to improve Tumon, same way as it does the tax refunds--to benefit GovGuam only. After all, the Governor and Senators are only concerned about the health and finances of GovGuam employees as their livelihood and retirement depend on them. The rest of the masses--military, private sector, and visitors are left high and dry. It's no wonder the hard decision of reducing the size of GovGuam workforce is a bitter pill to swallow. Generous GovGuam retirement will be in jeopardy, pare-system of promotion and protection will cease, high efficiency will become the norm and current employees' incompetence would be exposed. Hopefully, after the November election, the same old do nothing but borrow Senators are voted out, and new breed of part-time Senators would make the necessary change for the benefit of the masses, not just GovGuam.

This issue will not be resolved by a LOW BUDGET CONCEPT! This has been the general mentality of GovGuam.
