It's upsetting for Senator Rodriquez to portray this substandard/lowcost service as a "Clinic" for Guam's people who can't afford health care and/or insurance. These people will expect a medical expert to see them but will only be serviced by a fitness personnel from Paradise! Appalling for a Senator to lower healthcare standards to vulnerable people who will take their children, elderly, etc. to this "Mobile Care Clinic" expecting health care services from medical professionals.
Come on Senator... you already deceived us when you "legalized gaming machines" under the guise of saving the Guam Memorial Hospital. Where are those funds! Gaming machines are illegal according to the thousands who came out to vote over and over again against Gambling! Only you and the Governor can get away with breaking the law and deceiving our people. Still waiting for the AG to haul away those illegal machines or maybe the next AG???
Give us our integrity and provide the quality of health care all people of Guam deserve! Have medical experts on that bus!

Election year gimmick...nothing more. This will be gone after November. What sucks is that Rodriguez has been the oversight chair of GMH since 2011, and is part of the problem. I wasn't voting for him before this gimmick, and I still wont vote for him after this gimmick. I hope the voters are smart enough to do the same.

Political pandering to the voters. So how much did this mobile truck cost, and why is it that most candidates running for office can't seem to raise that type of money. Who is really funding the Rodriguez campaign? Does it have anything to do with those game rooms he legalized? The business he fought to get QC's for? The administration, since he does their dirty work for them? Let's not get fooled by this political pandering. Wake up people of Guam. He is giving you $1 in services and helping others attain millions from his taxpayer funded office.

Nice comeback, Sen Rodriguez. We just hope there's no hidden agenda--QC, fishy back door payment or reimbursement, real estate tax breaks, etc. we'll be watching you.
