This is all we get.....More hate...it's true you know....we are the "Unsung Hero's". Every bus driver I've worked with and have known, treat all there students/passenger's like if it was there own child and so do I. I've been Harassed, Assaulted, Threatened.. I would like to see you drive and handle Yelling, Screaming, Crying, Fighting, Spitballs, Standing, Running, Moving around, Jumping, Throwing, Spiting, Marking, Cutting, Eating, Drinking, And TIME!....Time can be a bus drivers worse enemy....Because we don't have enough of it...Time to bring your child safely to school and safely back.....Majority all drivers are handling 3-6 schools on a shift...believe me it isn't easy...We want all our children to make it on time for breakfast...and after school we all want them to get home safely, they are our future one day one of them will be governor or senator or what have you....Sorry we bus driver's are not perfect...but who is then? Maybe we need God to transport all our children to the schools...He's perfect...
Please! Whoever voted "CONFIDENT" must be out of their mind, or a bus driver! They drive TOO fast, they run yellow lights, and really don't care about the children or the bus they drive. It's just my opinion but looks like you (Bus Drivers) don't care about anything but getting paid, be a little professional and take care of the bus you drive and our kids you carry. Sometimes I think you all should wear uniforms so it doesn't look like you just woke up in the middle of the afternoon.
R u kidding? My wife and I would NEVER let our children ride the bus! Bus drivers are running yellow lights (saw one this morning at Tiyan Shell). Others speeding over the limit. Yikes!...Hell, I will get up 45 minutes earlier each day knowing my kids are safe at their school (and not somewhere else!).
The use of profanity on the buses are really disturbing. Not sure what the rule is in for this with the bus drivers and passengers. Good luck!
Great advice Frank Rosario. Unfortunately, underfunding DOE is GovGuam Leadership norm. Reliant on Federal funds to fix things that should have been funded with local funds, local funds only fund GovGuam salaries, while operations are funded by new debts and debt consolidation. GovGuam has reached a new low by taking child support funds to fund its bloated payroll on top of using people's tax refunds and vendor payments.
Discrepancies has been identified and management should take advantage using it to resolved the ugly
conditions in that department instead of making all kinds of different excuses and to why they have a huge
failure their department. Excuses are for losers and management need people with "Can Do Attitude"
