I'm not sure there is anywhere in the world that would qualify. People can get help and assistance from agencies but it's their responsibility to kick the habit, be it cigarettes, booze or heavy drugs. There is no easy way to kick a bad habit, that's why it's called a BAD habit.

Where can a person who wants to get clean go here on Guam? ...and to get clean in a way that doesn't kill you, like cold turkey? Meds given for pain, tooth aches, cancer, pulled muscles, surgery etc., all have the ability to make you addicted.... then the real nightmare begins, and getting "clean" is near impossible. I guess this is just one of those issues that gets thrown by the wayside until some politician's kid dies from addiction.
