I miss the times when groups like the IOF would man rest stops with coffee water and cookies for travelers to stop visit and take a break from the Hiway! Maybe clubs/organizations will reconsider the value of a couple weekends to give back or the newer catch phrase Pay it Forward!

It's hard to say and I can't judge that like the saying goes, you can't judge a book by its cover. It depends on the rest stop I guess but I'm not sure
