I know this misery first-hand, though not to this extent. The state can investigate all they want, but the true victims get no justice what-so-ever. The creeps that do this just change the name of their company and move on. The fines they get as "punishment" are way less than the amount of money the get so its a win win for them. Very sad. I did the homework, checked on licensing, etc. and still got taken. Thank you to Mel for exposing these people.
