Yes. By the media. the way articles are written, minimizing one bit of news and accentuating another, the phrasing of a question asked, what is asked, etc. etc. etc.. The media is the biggest propaganda machine ever and too many people ignore that fact.

Yes, elections are rigged by not allowing another choice! That choice is, Gary Johnson, but this bureaucratic two party system suppresses it for their own good.
