He protected the banks over the borrowers in the home-loan crisis, but the Obamacare medical reforms (although in need of tweaking) were better than what came before it.
Also, Herbert Hoover, who gave America the Great Depression, was clearly worst president ever.

He said he is the Hispanics friends , yet he will no longer allow those from Cuba to claim asylum if they touch US soil.
