Portillos in Chicago sold for a cool BILLION DOLLARS not too long ago. When we visited their location in Tampa last summer the lines were out the door and probably seats 150+!
Gulf Coast Town Center would be great spot for one!! Easy Interstate access for all the area to get to!

Been there, done that. Shoney's on North Cleveland Avenue opened and closed more than 25 years ago. Do your homework!
