The Twins. No way they can be a 90 loss team two seasons in a row, even if Morneau can't continue. They play in a horrid division (other than the Tigers). Don't think they have enough to reach the playoffs, but 85 wins should be attainable.

You really needed to define "turnaround". There's a difference between improvement and turnaround, and anyone who thinks the Angels, a solid, winning ballclub and perennial division contender "turned it around" instead of improved didn't know what he/she/it was voting for.

Who cares with these teams like the angels they got Wilson and Puhols they r good but come on its not enough for the Rangers and the list goes on.

At the outset, any fool would automatically believe that the Puhols' Angels would have the biggest improvement....BUT, after careful consideration, and looking at the "total line-up improvements", it has to be the Blue Jays... I'm almost ready to become a Blue Jays fan, just watching how the administration of this franchise has orchestrated this brilliant turnaround.
They are to be commended, especially given a payroll that is a fraction of what the Yankee's, Red Sox, Angels, Rangers, and other big-market teams are doing.

The Twins will have the biggest turn around since they have a lot of room for improvement after winning only 63 games last season
