I was very wary of this, but the Union wood shop in clarkston, mi serves up a pizza with thinly sliced potatoes, cheese, shiitake bacon, chives and sour cream, and a slightly salted crust that is just divine. The secret is thin slice potatoes in a single layer. I love a great Margarita pizza, but for a change, this is a great option.
