yeah and when choosing a place for weather try the best place for sunshine and heat,, ya know that thing we all pay a fortune for when we go sit on some island or in Mexico...
Edmonton is a frozen iceberg but you rate it high on the list, nothing for kids to do unless they have lots of money. can't afford to go to the mountains $300 a night for a hotel motel room in the woods... sheeeesh.

You guys need to create a survey for weighing for each factors you are using as well. Deciding by yourself (moneysense) is very subjective. You guys haven't considered natural hazards as a factor. Vancouver is exposed to the many hazards likes earthquakes, tsunami, landslides and so forth.
