I honestly think that 'Whitney' is the perfect show of true romantic class, because it has this constant and unexpected flair of proper comedy. I am always laughing at each and every joke that comes out of the mouths of the characters, especially Mark Murphy (Dan O'Brien). He is like the king of comedy multiplied by 100.
Alex & Whitney seem to constantly have this endless passion love that shows in their best times and worst, because just when they seem like they will argue all they do is laugh, it is that chemistry that never makes me bored.
Roxanne is down right unbelievably hardcore, due to the fact that she is persistent when it comes to her drinks which makes her a tough independent woman.
I find Lily as the funniest out of the three girls mostly because of her personality. As for Neal, he is always in the right place at the right time. I just wish that something good happens between Lily and Neal. Why? because the break-up between those two in only the first season! So please continue this awesome series because I just know things will get better, and I'm sure of it. I know this is a long comment but 'Whitney' means that much to me and it would be a be such a shame for it to end. Thanks for reading.

I hope to see season 2 of Whitney! Each character in the show is absolutely hilarious in their own way. The relationship between Whitney and Alex is one that many live today. Roxanne's character is also one that many women experience. This show is a keeper! Please bring it back!!

This show has to come back for a Season 2. My wife (24) and I (27) started watching this show on Hulu+ after we ran out of shows to watch and we loved it! We both work and aren't always able to watch shows when they are on TV, so we catch up on them through Hulu+ and we would hate to see this show end after just 1 season. BRING ON SEASON 2!!!!

My girlfriend and I love this show. Speaks well to the 20-40 demographic. Love Mark he is funny as hell. Prob my favorite character, and liked the curve balls they threw with one of its main characters becoming gay. Very different, and the story line is believeable. Its very natural, not like up all night that is the complete oposite.

Overall I liked Whitney, it wasn't as outrageous as Cummings own stand up, which is what I think people expected (The new ABC "Don't Trust the B in Apt 23" seems more along those lines) but Whitney had good writing and performances. Cummings on the basketball court trying to best Alex was a classic and indicative of what this show was capable with. Why it was relegated to the Wednesday night graveyard against ABC's the Middle/Suburgatory/Modern Family/ Happy Endings juggernaut while the mundane "Up All Night" got the Thursday plum is beyond me. Renew Whitney, dump Up All Night. Will deserves a better vehicle than that....

In the beginning the show was a little boring but after the second episode it got really funny and interesting...i think you should keep it for another season and see how it goes.

I started watching Whitney, and I went in thinking I'd get bored.
Yet, in all honestly this is one of the best shows I've seen in a VERY long time.
Cutting this show, would be a mistake to say the least.
