Put it this way. I live in a very rural area with little to no road maintenance. AWD is a MUST. My next car (12-24 months) WILL be AWD. I hope it's a Chevy...or at least a GM...but it has to be affordable. That most likely rules out Caddy and Buick although I like them. Don't make me go to Ford or Chrysler.

A few things:
A) Please don't place that streering wheel in the new Impala
B) Bring back the SS model!!! Hint use the same engine as the Camro SS
C) AWD or RWD is a must
D) Chevy, you did a great job on this update

Who Cares? I really mean it. GM can't be spending it's money making Chevorlet an all RWD- pefprmance brand company. That's Cadillac's job now, not Chevy's, not Buick's, not GMC. Youv'e got to spend money wisely. Right now Cadillac needs a flagship car more than ever.
i think its a preference where you live but i myself havent experienced AWD in a sedan.
MY question is, why are we avoiding RWD? thats the funnest of all FWD and AWD you cant do much as in certain things but
MY vote is RWD along with allot of other people!
@Killa
They did, but it's not an Impala. It's the 2014 Chevy SS based on the Pontiac G8.
