Ed Martin told CBC's On Point that he is surprised the PUB didn't take a position on Muskrat Falls. What do you think?

If " the lowest cost option" is the bottom line, how come there hasn't been audible mention of 1.flooding some land that's closer to the needed infrastructure? or
    2. Upgrading the existing line on the island, that can, as far as I can tell, do the job just fine?

Furthermore: What would the government say to developing the Gander River, solely for the use of Labrador's needs /without any benefit to the island? It is after all, where the infrastructure will be needed most, if we do not have all the resources taken to places like Long Harbor. Ask yourself, " Can we really afford to continue business this way? Can we in fact afford Labrador?

Whether the resources are taken by you, or Quebec or whomever.... they are still GONE.
