This is disgraceful. It commoditizes the women. ALL young professionals are busy -- if he cannot keep track of a few names and places, then maybe he needs to slow his roll a little bit. Also, in states with privacy laws, this is a problem. He needs these women to explicitly opt-in to his capturing of their personal data.
