When I was a kid, girls didn't enter puberty until they were 18 (as far as their parents were concerned they didn't).

Young girls are entering puberty much earlier in life primarily because of the added hormones in foods. If you counteract that effect by pumping them full of other hormones that stave off puberty, you are putting them at risk for other health complications. Where is the evidence that this type of treatment is safe and harmless over the span of a lifetime. Many individuals do not experience symptoms of problems until well after being exposed. The endocrine system is very delicate with the slightest change throwing the entire system out of balance. Does anyone stop to look at why its happening before throwing more drugs at the problem?

Thanks, Kim, for giving a well-rounded, comprehensive report on this subject... NOT! You interviewed ONE family and ONE doctor. Wow. Thanks for tackling such a sensitive issue with such a harsh slant. This is very complicated and there are multiple causes to why this girl is even having such issues, but were any of those tough questions answered? No. Just go to one white, male doctor and interview a family from suburban Highlands Ranch and call it good. I challenge you to report a story accurately before you even take a poll about what's right and wrong. How the public make an educated decision with your lack of facts?

My wife was treated by Dr. Bloch 22 years ago. At the age of 7 she started puberty and her parents took her to be treated by Dr. Bloch. She took shots every month which postponed her puberty til the right age. She is now 5'7, healthy and pregnant with our first baby. -Thank you Dr. Bloch.
