The person who wrote this survey question isn't in survey work, is s/he? The way this question is framed is skewed for a "yes" answer. If it had been phrased more accurately, about asking her to button up a little before boarding during the flight, instead of just making it as a vague statement, the response would be different. The article also definitely has a favored side . . .
