Victoria for the win! She most def deserve this honor, I mean lets go down this hear. Two times women's champion, competed in the only divas cage match in WWE history, competed in 3 hardcore matches, a tables match, put through a table twice, competed at three WrestleManinas however she made an appearance at 7 altogether (16,19,20,22.23.24,25), she's the 13th longest reigning champion (combined days) with 244 days between two reigns beating out 16 other divas such as Lita & Jacqueline, man her list goes, but bottom line is Victoria should be voted the greatest Raw diva ever.
Mickie James BETTER win this!! She is the GREATEST Diva of all time in my opinion and is hot as fuck!! =D

MICKIE JAMES FOREVER!!!! JAMES GANG FOR LIFE!!!!! She's been to various independent promotions along with, WEW, NWA/TNA, ROH, OVW, a 6 time WWE Women's/Diva champion and a 2 time TNA Knockouts champion. 13 years in the business and still going strong while nearly all the other lady wrestlers of her generation, Victoria/Tara being one of the few exceptions, have since retired or left altogether. But Mickie is still here, still healthy, and still making history. Mickie is the greatest of all time and anyone who says otherwise is wrong.

I mean, I believe Chyna is the greatest but she's always be a legend.
Sable, Trish, Lita, Jazz, & Molly Holly were absolutely amazing inside & out of the ring as well.
But crazy VICTORIA was an amazing brutal heel, no mercy, whatever match she was given to, she gave the audience something to remember & stayed true to her character the whole time.
Unfortunately, I believed WWE didn't utilized her enough but that's alright she proved to many that she's dominant & a true professional athlete.
(bottom line, PLS PLS VOTE FOR VICTORIA!!! very well deserved.)
