Hi, Whilst I correctly identified Set A (being a statistician) I think the word 'variation' needs qualification. If asking which shows the greatest variation in the frequencies of each of the scores then Set B would be the answer. Your use of variation is actually a reference to variance, which measures variation about a mean. Had the question been asking which showed the greatest variation from a score of 1, then again Set B may stake a claim.
