Matt's character Neal is a good guy really. He does "bad" things that doesn't hurt anybody, so he isn't evil. That's why he is very likeable. Of course Matt being soooo damn gorgeous just makes it even better.

I don't know how to decide, I love both shows, and both bad-boys, they are both awesome in their own way, and both of them are sexy... I honestly had to just vote for whoever was losing. I don't know how anyone could decide. Loyal brother, and good guy who tries to save the world, or awesome con-man with a ton of intelligence and talent, who turns good-guy to help put real bad guys in jail... ones more realistic than the other, but both are awesome characters... , guess it just depends on if you like guys with guns and leather jackets, or guys with brains and intricate plans... not to say dean isnt smart, which he is, oh, and neal can use a gun, so they really are pretty equal.... good luck deciding.

It doesn't say "which one is baddest" it says "which one do you LIKE the best"! I think Neal gets more votes because he keeps straddling that good/bad line-- it's hard to warm up to somebody who like killing people.
Love both shows, but Dean Winchester is sooo much more of a bad boy than Neal Caffrey. I, too, would have chosen Matt Bomer in the Christian Grey role, but knowing that he is gay would make his romantic scenes a bit insincere. Still a good actor and nice looking, though!

@ Heather - I don't think people are refreshing their page and voting. In that case Ackles fans could do the same. Also, the votes seems to IP addresses based meaning you cant vote twice by refreshing the page or deleting cookies. I don't think there's people who are bothered enough to run around looking for another network to vote for something so simple!
I like both Supernatural and White Collar. Both Dean and Neal are bad boys. But of two different kinds. Neither is a better bad boy.. It just comes down to what type of bad boy you like better. Naughty or Tough Guy.
The one and ONLY reason Bomer is pulling out ahead of the race is because people are refreshing the page and voting more than once... More than twice, even. It is cheating and, although I am a Bomer fan, Jensen deserves this win. He is the epitome of BAD BOY, not to mention he's damn fine! But hey, if Bomer has to win as a result of cheaters than, in my opinion, that's another reason Ackles is the SHIT.

Amanda, Dean had a big lead. Then his percentage dropped 5% in less than 5 minutes. It's just not possible. I'm afraid that bot/cheating might be involved.
This is no comparison. Don't get me wrong, I LOVE Matt Bomer and his character Neil... but when it comes to bad boys.. Dean Winchester the sawed off shotgun toting, one night stand having, demon hunter who gives and takes beatings on a regular basis... I mean.. no contest. I have no idea how it is possible that Matt Bomer is winning this.
